Specifications include, but are not limited to: Telephonic Interpretation 2.2.3.1 A single, toll-free 800 number, within the United States, to access all services. 2.2.3.2 Conference calling services and capabilities. 2.2.3.3 Available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST, and after normal business hours as needed and mutually approved for all divisions of MDHS office locations throughout the state. 2.2.3.4 Provide telephonic interpretation services from foreign language to English and from English to foreign language. On-Site and Off-Site Language Interpretation 2.2.4.1 Provide On-Site interpreters as requested by MDHS at any MDHS office location throughout the state. 2.2.4.2 Provide Off-Site interpreters as requested by MDHS for court appearances and/or emergency situations at MDHS designated locations. 2.2.4.3 Available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST, and after normal business hours as needed and mutually approved for all divisions of MDHS office locations throughout the state.
