Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms for professional services required in the implementation of its 2016 Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program funded by the Mississippi Home Corporation. These services pertain to homeowner housing rehabilitation work and are as follows: LEGAL: Title work on the property of selected homeowners to determine fee-simple ownership, title curative work, if required to produce legal ownership and clear title and certified title certificates for the homeowners as required for implementation of the project. A maximum of $500.00 per unit is allowed under HOME program guidelines for legal work. LEAD-BASED PAINT: Pre-rehabilitation lead-based inspections on selected homeowner housing units, testing and follow-up written assessments in accordance with HUD regulation 24 CFR Part 92.355 as required for implementation of the project. A maximum of $400.00 per unit is allowed under HOME program guidelines for lead-based paint work.
