Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Unload approximately 50 inbound containers per day (20- and 40-foot) from railcars, place on chassis, and stage for delivery • Receive and in-gate approximately 50 outbound containers per day on chassis • Load up to 48 outbound containers per day (20- and 40-foot) onto railcars • Provide drayage to deliver inbound containers from destinations within Port Bienville industrial park • Provide drayage to pick up outbound containers from origins within Port Bienville industrial park • The Port Bienville Railroad will make cars available for unloading and reloading in two blocks • The lift operator will be given 8 hours each day to complete the unloading and loading of railcars, interrupted for approximately 30 minutes midday to pull the first block of railcars and place the second block of railcars. • The service will operate 5 days per week. • Work shall be performed at a 900-foot long spur track accessible from one side only (the “Linea dock”). The “Linea dock” facility includes enough paved space to stage inbound and outbound containers as well as spare chassis, tractors, lift equipment, and other items that the service provider may require.
