Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Comprehensive
Data Management Dashboard System for student information. • Student data and data trends should be in a centralized location that includes
data drawn from the student information system (SIS), state assessments,
benchmark assessments, progress monitoring data, with the option of including
College Board assessments.
• The program should be able to identify school-wide and district-wide trends in
attendance, behavior (discipline), course performance and other assessments
(both benchmark and state).
• The program must be able to tag the various subgroups of students, based on
the federal definition.
• The program must show demographic flags for SPED, EL, Gifted, Homeless,
Foster Care and other specified indicators as requested.
• The system must group students together to track cohorts of students using
specific data searches, specifically state data.
