Specifications include, but are not limited to: 7.1 Ability to leverage Active Directory for single sign-on on MDRS State and Federal networks; 7.2 Multiple options for employees to record time (i.e. internet connected computer, smartphone, tablet, and telephone); 7.3 Multiple work schedules; 7.4 Workflow-enabled to support the following, but not limited to, requests for action: leave request, schedule changes, and approvals; 7.5 Ability to configure screens based on employee preferences and most viewed options; 7.6 Ability to track the actual time worked by employees and calculate leave balances/comp time according to Agency rules; 7.7 Configurable, automated rules to meet MDRS policies for calculating the following, but not limited to, items: overtime, vacation, medical, and personal time.
