Specifications include, but are not limited to: YARD RESTORATION AND SOD INSTALLATION; Bidder shall bid PER SQUARE FOOT for sod delivered and installed price as listed below: Sod Installed - less than 1 pallet - $___________/SQ FT; Sod Installed - 1 pallet or more - $___________/SQ FT; Price is for all types of sod and includes any grading required to create a smooth transition with existing grades. Sod shall be fresh cut and in good condition. Brown or heavily yellowed sod will not be accepted. Sod shall be delivered and installed at various work sites in the City of Brandon as requested. Price shall remain in effect from bid award through September 30, 2024. The City will have the option to renew the bid agreement for three additional years after the initial year of service. Annual increases in the contract amount are limited to the lesser of the CPI or 5%.
