Respondent must demonstrate the ability to provide reasonable and necessary wraparound support services to eligible individuals who are working, participating in a work training or educational program, or participating in work or job-seeking activities. Support services provided should mitigate barriers that prevent or hinder employment, successful completion of work training or educational programs, or job-seeking activities. Respondent must describe in detail its ability to provide one or more of the following support services: a. Childcare assistance b. Job search assistance c. Interviewing skills development d. Legal services, as allowed by state and federal regulations c. Obtaining valid identification documents d. Payment of testing and licensure fees e. Purchase of books or other required materials or equipment f. Purchase of career/interview-appropriate clothing g. Resume writing h. Transportation i. Tuition assistance – Educational cost support after all other funding sources have been exhausted j. Other support services – Additional reasonable and necessary supports directly related to removing barriers to education, training, or employment (respondent must describe specific services proposed) NOTE: Medical services are NOT an allowable support service.
