The Mississippi State Department of Health (hereinafter "Agency") has issued this solicitation for the purpose of soliciting sealed bids from qualified providers to provide Technical Assistance for Early Intervention and Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs Programs Services. The Agency wants assistance to redesign and enhance the effectiveness, accessibility, and quality of the Early Intervention (EI) Program for children aged 0–3 years and the children and youth with special healthcare needs program up to age 21. The consultant/firm will be expected to work collaboratively with program leadership, staff, families, and community stakeholders. To streamline the process of provider enrollment and reimbursement and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards. To provide training and support focused on reimbursement protocols for services delivered to children and youth with special health care needs, developmental delays, and other qualifying diagnoses or plans.
