This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in MS State, Mississippi requires a temporary HVAC chiller.
In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 5 and 12, this Request for Quote (RFQ), number 1232SA25Q0816, is available through electronic commerce via the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. This RFQ is being issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333415 - Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. The applicable small business size standard is 1,250 employees.
The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type with delivery and installation within 3 days of contract award. All deliveries shall be made FOB Destination to the location specified in the contract.
The resulting award will include two (2) line item as listed below:
Line Item 0001- Supply and Install - 30 Ton HVAC Chiller for Building 13- Delivery, connect, disconnect and remove in accordance with Statement of Work, Quantity: 1, Unit: each (EA)
Line Item 0002- Monthly charge for temporary chiller, Quantity: 6, Unit: month (MO)
This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 August 7, 2025 (Attachment 1).
Vendors are required to be active and registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov when submitting a quote and at time of award (FAR 52.204-7(b)(1). A site visit will be mandatory in order to quote. Coordinate the site visit with the LPOC listed in the Statement of Work.
