Specifications include, but are not limited to: 7.1Upon execution of a contract with a Contracting Agency, Contractors on the PVL shall, with respect to all security provided to a ContractingAgency:7.1.1Assign a Contractor Account Representative to work directly with the Contracting Agency Representative;7.1.2Designate a contact person available twenty-four (24) hours daily for communication with the Contracting Agency, if required;7.1.3Fulfill agency requests forsecurityguard(s) within twenty-four (24) hours of request (see7.1.4 and 7.1.5);7.1.4Maintain a sufficient pool of qualified securityguards large enough that if, for any reason, the scheduled securityguard does not report for duty or must be replaced, the security company can provide a replacement securityguardwithin two (2) hours after notification; 7.1.5 Administer and maintain all employment and payroll records, payroll processing, and payment of payroll checks and taxes, including the deductions required by State, Federal and local laws such as social security and withholding taxes;7.1.6Make all unemployment compensation contributions that are required by Federal and State law(s) and prices claims as required.7.1.7Evaluate the securityguards’experience and credentials prior to offering its services to an Agency to ensure that all securityguards meet State of Mississippi credentials.7.1.8Replace, at no additional expense to the Contracting Agency, any security guard not performing satisfactorily within two (2) hours; 7.1.9Ensure that the securityguard(s) are in complete uniform and well-groomed at all times;7.1.10Provide all materials, serviceable firearms, ammunition, nightsticks, serviceable flashlights, rain gear, uniforms which are clean, in good repair, easily recognizable and identify the securityguard as an employee of the contractor, and any other miscellaneous equipment which may be needed
