Bids are invited for the construction of off-street diagonal parking along the front of “The Bungalows” development on Scenic Drive. The location of the proposed parking improvements is on the north side of Scenic Drive, west of Market Street in the City of Pass Christian. The proposed project includes furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, and services needed to provide selective demolition of existing features including but not limited to: existing sidewalks, curb and gutter, landscaping, irrigation piping (includes cap-ping existing services); The work also includes the construction of concrete parking and sidewalks with handicapped accessibility, new integral curb and gutter, installing concrete parking stops and pavement markings.
