Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor will perform the following services upon request of the Authority in fulfillment of the purposes of this Contract. Services will be performed at the Sanderson Plumbing Plant, One Tuffy Lane, Columbus, Ms. 39701. 1. The Contractor will coordinate all communications with the Authority through Chuck Mobley, Financial Resources Division, or his designee. 2. TheContractor’ssecurityofficer(unarmed) will be stationed at the front gate of the Premises to monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic attempting to enter the Facility. The security officer will verify all vehicles and pedestrians before allowing them to enter the Facility grounds. 3. The security officer (unarmed) will remain on the Premises, at the designated station, for the entirety of their shift and will not leave the Premises for any reason. If an emergency should occur, they will immediately contact their next in command to make arrangements to be replaced before leaving their post. 4. The security officer (unarmed) will monitor the camera system scanning the Premises. In the event of suspicious activity, the security officer will contact the authorities and notify the Authority contact person. 5. Security officers (unarmed) will make random checks of vehicles or persons leaving the Facility at the request of the Authority
