Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking a Project Administrator to assist the County and its agents in the application preparation and subsequent program administration of a Katrina Community Development Block Grant and any other available funding for this study. Administrative duties will include management accounting, required reports to HUD and the State, implementation of applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and requirements, establishment and maintenance of filing system and serve as liaison between the County and the State. Firms or individuals proposing to perform administrative services should submit seven (7) copies of their proposal listing their qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance.
