AMENDMENT 0002: Additional information regard Snow Trigger:
Trigger for clearing the handicap access ramp should be 2 inches and the trigger for clearing the parking lot, driveways, and sidewalks should be 4 inches.
Also, the contract needs to address ice situations when there is no snow. The Park sometimes will have rain followed by freezing temperatures. Services would still be needed to remediate the icy surfaces, even though the snowfall trigger hasn't been met.

SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES TILL
FY24 the Emmett Till and Mamie Till-Mobley National Monument.
The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement the Emmett Till and Mamie Till-Mobley National Monument.
It is the intent of this services contract to provide professional, proficient, and effective snow removal services at Roberts Temple Church of God of Christ.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract.
