The City of Natchez (“City”) isseeking a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) as defined and consistent with 2CFR 200.319 to plan and implement assessment activitiesas outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the City’s FY25 Brownfield Community-Wide AssessmentGrant Cooperative Agreement Work Plan, to assist with grant management and reporting activities, environmental assessments, site re-use planning andrelated activities associated with brownfield assessment and redevelopment. The selected Consultant will work under the direction of the City’s staff and/or representatives, and will workin collaboration with other project stakeholders, as necessary. The EPA, and the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) will be activelyinvolved in the project including reviewing and approving appropriate documents and providing regulatory oversight throughout the duration of the project.
