SCOPE OF WORK The successful bidder shall provide one (1) used motor grader, model year 2018 or newer, with fewer than 5,000 operating hours, that meets or exceeds the technical specifications detailed in Section 3 of this IFB. The price shall include all transportation charges fully prepaid to Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. The machine shall be delivered as a complete assembly, fully serviced, and ready to operate. 3.
