Specifications include, but are not limited to:MDEQ is seeking individuals with abilities, qualifications and experience in the areas detailed in this section. The purpose of this request for proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals to provide professional educational services related to a project that is part of a statewide education and outreach component designed to help MDEQ comply with the requirements 2 contained in Section 319 of the Clean Water Act (“CWA”). It will be necessary for a professional educator to develop and execute an “Environmental Education & Outreach Mobile Classroom.” This activity will be presented to primarily elementary students, teachers, administrators, and other public officials and will focus on the protection of water resources from Non-Point Source (“NPS”) pollution and Best Management Practices (“BMP”) used to prevent and control such pollution.
