a. Design & Concept Development i. Collaborate with our team to finalize exhibit themes and educational goals. ii. Provide concept sketches and descriptions for approval. iii. Fabrication & Assembly iv. Construct three durable, safe, and interactive exhibits. v. Ensure ADA compliance and ease of maintenance. b. Delivery & Installation i. Transport and install exhibits at IMMS campus located in Gulfport, MS ii. Provide set-up instructions and staff training if needed. c. Exhibit Themes (Tentative) Note: Final themes may be adjusted in collaboration with the selected vendor. i. 1. Physics in Motion – Demonstrating principles of force, motion, and energy. 2. Coding & Robotics – Hands-on interaction with basic programming and robotics. 3. Earth & Space Science – Exploring planetary systems, geology, or climate science.
