1. This project includes Project A, the installation of a new pre-manufactured metal building to serve as a hitting facility, located adjacent to the existing softball field. The hitting facility also includes sidewalks and site work. In addition, Project B, new tennis courts will be constructed, with lighting and perimeter fencing. The scope also includes the addition of new paved sidewalks throughout the site, along with accommodated drainage infrastructure for proper water management. 2. The documents include 2 separate projects that will be bid on the same date. Both projects may be awarded to the same contractor or different contractors separately. Contractors will be expected to coordinate scopes to deliver a successful and on-time project for both contracts.
