● Deliver on-site, in-person English language instruction to parents of English learners. Instruction should focus on enhancing parents’ ability to communicate with teachers and school staff, as well as supporting their children's academic progress. ● Provide a 60-minute weekly class for 10 weeks, serving up to 20 adult English learners whose children are enrolled in ESOL programs within the district. ● Maintain regular communication with parents through in-person consultations, emails, and phone calls. ● Outline all software, instructional materials, and assessment tools to be used in tracking and supporting student progress. ● Provide supplemental learning materials as needed, such as reading materials and workbooks. ● Submit weekly attendance records and time logs for each service location. ● Provide regular progress reports for each participant, including pre- and post-assessment data. ● Demonstrate effective use of technology and educational software in instruction and communication. ● If awarded the contract, vendors must ensure each employee undergoes a security background check in accordance with Lowndes County Schools Human Resources requirements, at the vendor's expense. ● Submit professional references from schools or organizations where similar services have been provided. ● Identify the specific instructor(s) who will lead the classes, and include a summary of their qualifications and credentials. ● Contracted services will run from January 2026 through April 2026, in alignment with the board-approved 2025–2026 school calendar.
