Specifications include, but are not limited to: LEASE PROPOSALS The Mississippi Department of Human Services is soliciting proposals to lease approximately 5,800+/- sq. ft. of office space in the North Street area with in two blocks of the 750 North State St MDHS state office building. At a minimum, the desired location should have adequate office space for thirty employees with a meeting area that will accommodate fifteen to twenty employees and open area that can be used as a training center.
