Mowing and horticultural services for The Village, Fraternity Row, And Cedarbrook Apartments. The scope of work includes the following: 1. Weekly site visits/inspections will be conducted by landscape professional. Findings will be reported to the Associate Director of Housing Maintenance. This includes, but not limited to, landscape conditions, problems, solutions, actions plans and schedules. 2. Mowing, edging, blowing off sidewalks and internal parking. 3. Total area clean-up of debris and litter. Street and outside parking litter controlled by the university. 4. Pruning, fertilization, weeding, and the general horticultural maintenance of all existing shrubbery and flower beds. Trash and debris disposal taken to university disposal location
