Project is located at the existing Landers Center property at 4500 Venture Drive, Southaven, Mississippi 38671. This Bid Package of the project includes the following lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum) bid packages: A. Structural Foundations and Site Demolition for the Convention Center Expansion of the Landers Center. The Scope of Work of this Bid Package includes Concrete Foundations, Site Demolition, and facility operations during occupancy. B. Pre-faced Concrete Unit Masonry for the Convention Center Expansion of the Landers Center. Scope of this Bid Package includes construction of Pre-faced Concrete Unit Masonry walls for the project. C. Structural Steel for the Convention Center Expansion of the Landers Center. Scope of this Bid Package includes Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection and facility operations during occupancy. D. Site Utilities related to the Structural Foundations, Site Demolition, and Structural Steel scopes of work in this phase.
