Specifications include, but are not limited to: Central Washington University (CWU, the University) seeks to contract with a qualified professional consulting firm to assist the University’s Wildcat Shop (bookstore) with Inventory Merchandise Planning and Forecasting Services. The selected consultant will work with CWU to accomplish the following objectives: · Create a monthly Merchandise Forecast report that will include: o Planned inventory levels by merchandise classification o Planned markdowns by merchandise classification o Planned amount of new product needed to be received by merchandise classification o Amount of new product already ordered by merchandise classification o Net amount of needed products (open to buy) by merchandise classification o Data on fiscal year to date and last 12 months maintained margins by merchandise classification o Data on turnover for last 12 months by merchandise classification o Additional reports as needed
