Specifications include, but are not limited to: MICR Developer, IBM/Ricoh - For use in an InfoPrint 4100 HD3/HD4 Printer. 2.2.1 The contractor shall provide the specified OEM (no generic, equivalent, or compatible brand) high speed production printer supplies as listed on the Pricing Page. 2.2.2 The contractor shall provide new high speed production printer supplies. Recycled, remanufactured, and/or expired supplies, including toner and developer, shall NOT be acceptable. 2.2.3 The vendor must be an authorized reseller of IBM, InfoPrint, and/or Ricoh products. The vendor must provide a letter from the manufacturer which specifically indicates that the vendor is authorized or certified to sell the production printer supplies listed in this IFB. The documentation must be submitted with the vendor’s response and must be dated on or after July 1, 2018. The vendor’s failure to provide the documentation, may result in rejection of the bid. The State of Missouri reserves the right to verify the vendor’s authorization/certification status with the manufacturer. 2.2.4 The contractor shall maintain an adequate inventory of supplies in order to meet the needs of the state agency. The state agency anticipates ordering supplies on an as needed, if needed basis throughout the contract period. The number of units to be ordered varies among these items. The state agency typically orders item 001 quarterly and approximately 18 cartons per year on average.
