Specifications include, but are not limited to:All coaches should be skilled in new accountability model, College and Career Readiness Standards and instructional demands, effective teaching practices aligned to the MCCRS, interventions for groups not making adequate progress toward goals/milestones (including low 25% MTSS), PBIS, formative assessment measures, using student achievement data to plan and deliver instruction, professional learning communities (Dufour Model), and all aspects of MISSISSIPPI EDUCATOR & ADMINISTRATOR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH SYSTEM. The Leadership Coach should be skilled in MISSISSIPPI EDUCATOR & ADMINISTRATOR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH SYSTEM , data monitoring, and creating a culture of high expectations and academic success, in addition to all other areas noted above.
