EMS Medical Supplies For all practical purposes in other sections of these bid specifications, the proposing bidder may be referred to as the “Vendor” and AAA Ambulance Service may be referred to as the “Agency.” Bid Description • Vendor shall provide EMS Medical Supplies during the specified bid period as per bid specifications described, herein, and/or which may be clearly identified and approved by the Agency as an acceptable equal product where indicated. Product Specifications and Information • These specifications intend that the bidder shall furnish, and the Agency shall purchase EMS Medical Supplies in accordance with the resulting contract as the Agency may require during the specified period of time. The quantities, if shown, are approximate and are for the purposes of bid evaluation. • Agency reserves the right to order supplies as required during the contract period. Agency also reserves the right not to order supplies bid upon if the Agency does not require such supplies during the contract period. • Price increase requests may be denied if not supported with appropriate price increase justification.
