Holmes County Consolidated School District has been awarded a USDA Rural Utilities Service Distance Learning and Telemedicine (RUS DLT) grant to support the deployment of advanced distance learning and telemedicine technologies across multiple locations. This RFP seeks proposals from qualified vendors to furnish and install the required technology solutions in accordance with the grant objectives. The awarded DLT project involves deploying interactive video conferencing equipment, network infrastructure, PC workstations, audio-visual upgrades, and related software to 9 school sites and 1 Admin site (10 sites total). The goal is to expand the access to quality education and interactive opportunities for underserved populations.
