The University of Mississippi (UM) Graduate School and Department of Outreach and Continuing Education seeks proposals for the implementation of a Higher Education Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for student recruitment to the university. This product will allow various campus departments to collect, input, and manage data on prospective students, as well as integrate with other university platforms such as Ellucian Banner and Slate to receive defined information about applicants, and admitted students. The product will provide inquiry and contact records as well as a communication platform with automation and HTML design features. The product will also provide clear communication logs and the ability for individual users to communicate on the platform via the university’s Microsoft Outlook email system
