Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Successful contractor shall provide labor and materials to install a centrally controlled access control system. 2. Control system shall control and manage twenty-three doors as identified by Mississippi State Hospital. 3. Successful contractor shall replace existing key switches with card reader / key fob readers. 4. Successful contractor shall install magnetic locks on nineteen of the twenty-three doors and existing locks on four doors will be utilized. 5. Successful contractor shall install electronic sounders and door position switches installed to alarm when the door is opened. 6. Successful contractor shall finish all cable, connectors, hardwire, raceway and conduit as required to complete the work. 7. Successful contractor shall program and test all equipment. 8. Successful contractor shall receive equipment, unload, uncrate, assemble, and install equipment into building 43 as required. 9. Successful contractor shall make all final utility connections necessary to make the equipment fully operational. 10. Successful contractor shall dispose of crating/packing materials. 11. Successful contractor shall provide for equipment start up and performance validation testing. 12. Successful contractor shall provide initial operation and care training. 13. Successful contractor shall provide up to but not less than 50 prox cards and key fob. 13. Equipment shall be warranted for a minimum of 1 year for parts and 90 days for labor. Repair parts will be available through multiple dealers within the continental US. 14. Repair parts and servicing of the equipment shall be available through multiple dealers/vendors within the continental US. 15. MSH shall provide adequate and clear access into and through the forensics service areas. 16. Successful contractor shall agree to commence work on, or before, a date specified in a written Notice to Proceed and fully completes the Project within the calendar days indicated on this form. 17. Successful contractor shall agree to attachment F(Mississippi State Hospital Guidelines for Contractor).
