Welded wire fabric 6 x 6 -W1.4 x W1.4 shall be installed in all concrete repairs. Dowels shall be installed as needed. Contraction Joints & Expansion Joints shall be installed where required. Note: Saw-cut full depth of the full perimeter of each patch except at existing Construction Joints. The existing concrete shall be removed to the nearest Construction Joint or Expansion Joint where applicable. Cleanup: Bidder shall remove all waste material(s), debris and surplus materials from a project site upon complettion. The project site shall be left in a clean condition, free from any dust, debris or other materials. Concrete sidewalk repairs shall be a minimum of 4" in thickness. Concrete driveway repairs shall be a minimum of 6" in thickness. Concrete street repairs shall match the existing pavement thickness with a minimum of 6" in thickness. Concrete for driveways, sidewalks and curb and gutters shall be a minimum of 35000 PSI. Concrete for streets shall be double a concrete mix (high early strength). The finished surface shall match existing finish of adjacent concrete.
