The hydraulic pump shall be PTO driven by transmission. It shall be of sufficient size to operate all functions. The system shall have double-acting hydraulic cylinders to operate the upper and lower booms; all cylinders to be equipped with pilot-operated check valves to hold load in case of system failure; rotation to be driven by hydraulic motor; to be equipped with all lines, hose fittings, valves, filters, and reservoir required to perform the function of the bucket.
