Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop, maintain and execute a process to identify potential recipients for funds, workwith Committee to distribute funds, and monitor compliance with loan or grant terms.The process should address (i) criteria used to identify potential recipients of funds, (ii)compilation and distribution of "due diligence" materials for the Committee to reviewand analyze recommendations, (iii) completion of appropriate documentation fordistribution of funds (e.g. issuing grant or loan), and (iv) method to ensure compliancewith terms of all grants, loans and statutory requirements. This process shall be reviewedat least semi-annually to ensure relevance in current market conditions as well as longterm outlooks
