The scope of services includes the preparation of application(s) and the general administration of funding in support of the project(s) through closeout, in compliance with applicable federal and state funding laws and regulations. As directed by the County, an individual contract would be executed for each application prepared and for each grant and/or loan award that is to be administered. The contract(s) would be on a lump sum basis in accordance with the established fee scale of the funding source(s) or as negotiated by the county. Any contract resulting from this solicitation may be subject to any terms and conditions of applicable federal and/or state funding laws and regulations. The amount of funding assistance is not known at this time
