Amendment 002
This amendment posts the questions and answers for RFQ47QMCA26Q0001. See the attachment “RFQ47QMCA26Q0001_Questions with Answers_12-17-2025” for details. Additionally, see the SF30 for Amendment 001 and the SF30 for Amendment 002. The RFQ closing date currently remains the same as listed in Block 10 of “Attachment 1 - RFQ47QMCA26Q0001_SF18-95a_Rev1”
Amendment 001
This Amendment corrects “Attachment 1 – RFQ47QMCA26Q0001_SF18-95A” as follows:
- The RFQ closing date listed in Block 10 of the SF18 is extended by 19 calendar days from 12/12/2025 at 1 PM EST to 12/31/2025 at 1 PM EST.
- Extending the period to submit questions concerning the RFQ by 8 days from December 9, 2025, at 12 PM EST to December 17, 2025, at 12 PM EST.
- Removal of the erroneous language from the evaluation criteria, “Same trailer we procured in the previous procurements” which was listed after “Past Performance.”
- Correcting the citation of FAR Part 12 on page 2 using the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) format.
- Correcting the citation of FAR Part 4.207 on page 4 by using the RFO format.

Original Description
This is an assisted acquisition with GSA as the Servicing Agency on behalf of the Requesting Agency, Department of Navy. This request for quote (RFQ) is for twenty (20) each 400-Gallon Water Tanker Trailer as noted in “Attachment 2 - PD 400-Gal Water Tanker Trlr_7 AUG 2025”. Please see the attached document "Attachment 1 - RFQ47QMCA26Q0001_SF18-95a 1” for instructions on how to submit a quote.** Submit quotes via email to Ed Hodges at john.hodges@gsa.gov with “RFQ47QMCA26Q0001 – 400-Gallon Water Tanker Trailers” listed in the subject line of the email.
