The project shall include providing a concession and restroom building beneath an existing lean-to metal building and above the metal building’s grade beam and pedestal foundation. The new building will consist of a raised slab-on-grade foundation, concrete masonry units, and a wood-framed ceiling/roof structure with a single-ply membrane roof finish. All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical from the street, Highway 613, to and into the building shall be provided and fully function upon completion. All kitchen appliances and equipment will be furnished by the Owner. This project shall also consist of sidewalks, fill material, grading, and grassing along the north side of the existing arena. All electrical to provide the large arena fans, lights, and the receptacles at the base of the existing metal building columns shall be included in the scope, as well as the extension of conduit from the main service panel at the building to the location of the future press box shall be provided.
