Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish and deliver Waste Removal for the Impound Lot, Public Works-Towing Department along with various Boards and Departments. Contractor will provide 10-yard or 20-yard roll-off containers, transport roll-off containers, properly recycle and dispose of demolition debris placed in roll-off containers based on an “as needed” basis as determined by the Municipal Building Commission and the provisions of this specification. It is generally expected that a new container will be provided when the full container is picked up, but there may be times when we will not want a dumpster on site. The work to be done under this contract shall consist of the furnishing of all labor,transportation, containers, power and equipment necessary for the proper and legal disposal of construction debris
