Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful applicant will organize and facilitate the 17-member Committee and four (4) community engagement events in coordination with the City’s project team (led by the Department of Community Planning and Economic Development), project developer (United Properties) and Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Upper Harbor Community Advisory Committee. The successful applicant will receive support from the project team on content for the Committee and the four (4) community engagement events. The successful applicant will: • Coordinate all logistics of the Committee meetings and community engagement events • Facilitate and staff the events with the support of City staff • Create meeting documentation and summaries • Participate in and advise the project’s Communications and Engagement team
