Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant agrees to perform for the City the management and administration of Unemployment Cost Management. The Consultant’s computer network will be able to interface with the City’s computer system (Peoplesoft Core HCM) via file transfer with the City’s separation and payroll data. The Consultant’s computer network will be able to accept data files from the City which contain data points that are needed to deliver the services requested by the City. B. Specific Service Categories and Services 1) Communications with City Staff Communicate important matters in a timely fashion with different City Department contacts (Human Resources staff, Supervisors and Payroll staff). Conduct quarterly review with City officials about Unemployment Cost Management and present management reports (to include number of and types of claims processed, number of requests received, average time taken to process the information, number of separations cases, number of cases protested, number of hearings scheduled, number of cases won and lost, and other relevant and value‐added information to understand the financial impact to the City).
