The University seeks proposals from qualified contractors for the renovation of Griggs Hall Pods M and N. This Project involves significant upgrades to modernize and enhance the functionality of these residential spaces. The scope of Work includes the following: Full Building Abatement: The Owner will manage and complete all necessary abatement procedures, selected contractor will isolate fire alarm system and remove electrical fixtures prior to abatement. Replacement of Fixtures and Finishes: Installation of new doors throughout the building. Replacement of all carpet. Repainting of all walls and ceilings. Bathroom Remodels: Complete renovation of all bathrooms, including upgrades to plumbing fixtures, tiling, and ventilation systems. Mechanical Upgrades: Installation of a new make-up air system to adequately serve the corridors, ensuring proper ventilation and indoor air quality. Roofing: Removal of the existing roofing and installation of a new roofing system, meeting current building codes and energy efficiency standards.
