Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services of a video production company to produce educational videos. The goal of the videos is to help Hmong families and communities better understand TB, especially MDR TB. Proposed video projects: Project A: Production of one live-action educational video (about 10-15 minutes long) featuring people from the Hmong community providing information about TB and MDR TB. This video will be produced entirely in the Hmong language and have open or closed captioning in compliance with Minnesota Statues section 325I.05, Video Captioning. The audiences for this video are Hmong seniors who may not be aware that they are still at risk of developing TB. The video must be culturally and linguistically appropriate for the target audience. Project B: Production of two educational videos that use live-action, animation, or a combination (about 2-5 minutes long) providing information on the risks of TB/MDR TB and identifying symptoms. One video will be produced entirely in English and one in Hmong language for the purpose of being shared by partners on different social media platforms. Both videos will have open or closed captioning in compliance with Minnesota Statues section 325I.05, Video Captioning. The audiences for these videos are the adult children/caretakers of Hmong seniors. Both videos must be culturally and linguistically appropriate for the target audiences. All contractors are encouraged to apply for Project A, Project B, or both. Please clearly specify your chosen project(s) in your application. MDH will have sole ownership of and full distribution rights for the content of the materials developed under this Quick Call for Proposal. The selected contractor is authorized to use the final videos for promotional purposes only.
