Specifications include, but are not limited to: remove the existing traffic signal and associated pavement at this location.
To compensate, TH 10 west of TH 169/TH 101 will be reconstructed to include a dedicated left
turn lane off of WB TH 10 to merge with the existing ramp from EB TH 10 to SB TH 101. A
similar configuration is proposed for the opposite movement from EB TH 10 to NB TH 169. In
this systems interchange, the NB TH 169 bridge over TH 10 will be reconstructed.
