Specifications include, but are not limited to: The RIC will: -Attend quarterly meetings, review work and budget, provide guidance to the Successful Responder -Chair or assign a chair to project subcommittees -Assist in subcommittee development -Assist in selection of subcontractors. -Suggest technical experts and resource materials -Review and approve project deliverables MnDOT will: -Attend quarterly meetings, review work and budget, provide guidance to the Successful Responder -Assist in subcommittee development -Suggest technical experts and resource materials -Provide library/research services and assist in literature searches -Provide technical specifications -Administer contract for the RIC -Provide standards, guidelines and specifications for deliverables -Undertake production and dissemination of deliverables -Provide editorial review of all deliverables The Successful Responder will: -Coordinate closely with the RIC and its partners -Coordinate effectively with subcontractors -Communicate effectively, timely, and be responsive to all team members, the RIC and its partners and task sub-committees. -Provide accurate information and services of high quality -Interact and work closely with the local government community -Continue strong relationship with the University of Minnesota’s Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) as well as other LTAP’s.
