Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Completing preventive maintenance service work 2 times per year (prior to academic year starting in July/August and December/January during the semester break) for designated refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, and other refrigerated equipment that supports the Dining Services program. Vendor will perform preventive maintenance service work on all designated equipment within the food service areas of the Comstock Memorial Union, Kise Commons, and MacLean Hall. For any major issues on a piece of equipment, vendor will work with authorized MSUM personnel to make recommendations and gain approval of major service work that should be performed prior to implementing. 2) Prior to the academic year starting (July/August), clean and perform preventive maintenance service work on designated ice machines located in the residence halls. For any major issues on a piece of equipment, vendor will work with authorized MSUM personnel to make recommendations and gain approval of major service work that should be performed prior to implementing. 3) Prior to the fall athletic sports starting (July / early August), clean and perform preventive maintenance service work on designated ice machines located in Nemzek Hall. For any major issues on a piece of equipment, vendor will work with authorized MSUM personnel to make recommendations and gain approval of major service work that should be performed prior to implementing. 4) Upon notification by authorized MSUM personnel, diagnose and perform service repair work when a piece of equipment is not operating properly. 5) Upon notification by authorized MSUM personnel, perform any additional refrigeration service work that is requested.
