The City of Saint Paul’s Department of Human Rights and Economic Opportunity (“HREEO” or “Department”) is currently accepting proposals to provide translation and interpretation services, for over the phone, in-person, video, and written language services, city-wide. In an effort to streamline the City’s service options and work with providers who offer reliable and timely service at competitive prices, we intend to create a vendor list specific to the City of Saint Paul. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) is to solicit proposals from various businesses and organizations, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select candidates who best represent the direction HREEO, and the individual departments that use translation and interpretation services, wish to go.
