Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Monitoring equipment to accommodate an average of 15-30 defendants/offenders per day. (The number of defendants/offenders varies from day-to-day and the County does not guarantee that a minimum or maximum amount of monitoring equipment will be required as part of any contract.) • Training to enable County Community Corrections staff to complete equipment setup. • The option to request that Vendor provide equipment set-up if County staff is unavailable. • Access to associated software to enable County staff to provide case management. • Delivery of equipment to County staff within 24 hours of a request. • Availability of local monitoring staff 24/7/365 for technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting possible violations and equipment malfunctions in real time
