Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Tuckpointing-type repairs at cracks in the east interior Powerhouse brick wall. 2. Routing/Sealing of existing cracks on the exterior east face of the Powerhouse east wall, accessible from the roof of the adjacent, attached, Central Maintenance
Building. 3. Custom-scaffolding of the interior work to allow Powerhouse staff immediate access to operating equipment located in the vicinity. 4. Temporary relocation and replacement of mechanical and electrical items attached to the wall, as needed (minimal amount expected).
