Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ability to work with all aspects of our claims process, including the following: a. Create claim forms, maintain associated reference claim numbers, maintain history of claims (created, origin, status, payment date, etc.), allow notes, as well as create, view, and manage claims b. Capability to interface with the Department website and external related sites c. Automate processes for batching and vouchering claims for payment as well as view and manage paid claims d. Interactive and search/report capability (see #s 7 & 8, below), including but not limited to, claim form processing reports, claim status reports, customer letters including letters requiring additional evidence, claims paid reports, staff productivity reports, and various other reports related to the claim function as well as ad-hoc user defined report capabilities and dashboard reporting e. Ability to systematically assign claims to internal personnel based on established criteria and to allow customized claim requirements to individual claimants based on established workflow
