Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide diagnostic X-Rays, ultrasounds, electrocardiography, and echocardiography as requested by MDVA for residents on-site at the Minnesota Veterans Homes through use of mobile equipment and qualified technologists and sonographers. The portable equipment must be useable in resident rooms. B. Be available to provide services 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and 365 days per year. Additionally, provide services as part of a regularly scheduled basis, or as needed basis. Services provided as needed must have response times of one hour (STAT), two hours (ASAP), or three to four hours (same day routine). C. Provide on-site review of X-Rays to ensure a quality image is sent to the radiologist. D. Conduct diagnostic interpretation by board certified radiologists on digital X-Ray and other images and provide a written report within one hour of images being taken or completion of the exam. E. Provide reports and images electronically in a manner accessible by the physician and facility staff within the following timeframes: one hour (STAT), two hours (ASAP), and within 3-4 hours for same day, routine. Any critical findings must be reported verbally to provider.
