Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 The liquid handler deck must be within an enclosure, and include either an active exhaust fan or an exhaust opening suitable to be connected to a ventilation/fume hood snorkel. 1.2 The liquid handler must include at least one arm/gripper and one pipette head. The pipette head must be 8 independent pipetting channels, each of which is capable of individual liquid measuring, and support single-channel pipetting. Each channel shall be capable of pipetting a volume of 0.5µL to 1000µL without changing hardware. Pipetting channels must be able to deliver 10uL with inaccuracy ≤ 3% and CV ≤ 5%. Pipetting channels must have individual Y- and Z-axis movement. 1.3 The manipulating arm and/or grippers must be capable of picking up and moving labware (e.g., 2 mL 96-well deep well plate, SPE and SLE extraction plate, tip rack, labware rack) from one deck position to another. 1.4 The instrument shall have a positive pressure module with a 96 channel manifold suitable for use with 96-well SPE and SLE plates into 96-well 1mL and 2mL microplates.
